The students of the final year of Faculty of Pharmacy, Ziauddin University, were invited to be a part of the Agile Leadership Program, organized by Martin Dow Ltd between the 19^th-21^st October 2020. The students were given a comprehensive review of the various job opportunities and the departments within the industrial setup by the esteemed professionals from within the industry. A healthy discussion and assessment was also provided for the students on the possible way forward for them once they graduate. This was followed by an industrial tour of the facilities of Martin Dow Ltd

A small group of Final year students along with faculty members went to the  ‘Pakistan Study Tour’ to the Swat Valley

A small 14th August celebration took place on campus of the Faculty of Pharmacy with a cake cutting ceremony organised by the students of the Leisure Club.

The student council elections and result announcement that took place on the 23rd and 27th of January 2020, respectively.

Azadi Cup Tournament was organized by Sports Club, Faculty of Pharmacy. Teams from Faculty of Pharmacy, MBBS and DPT competed in cricket and throw ball matches. Cricket tournament was won by Faculty of Pharmacy while DPT team won the throw ball tournament. The event was inaugurated by Dean Faculty, Prof Dr Rafeeq Alam Khan.

Independence Day was celebrated by Faculty of Pharmacy. The celebrations were commenced with the Plantation Ceremony organized by the Community and Welfare Club, in the garden area adjacent to the building of Faculty of Pharmacy. Trees were planted by the Dean of Faculty, Prof. Dr Rafeeq Alam Khan, Advisor to Chancellor, Dr Anwar Ejaz Beg, other senior faculty members and members of the club. This was followed by an event organized by Leisure Club and Literary Club. Various speeches, national songs and skits were performed by the students. The celebrations were concluded by cake cutting ceremony and lunch.

Students of final year attended a session on “The Way Ahead – Career Choices for Pharmacy Graduates”. This session was arranged by the department of Professional Development and Career Services.
